We receive your email address when you install our Google Forms add-on, so that we have send notifications about the forms you have created. If we are contacted by email, we will collect all the information included within and attached to the email. We use the information we collect to respond to your information requests and communicate with you.

Personalize.Email also collects personal and non-personally identifiable information of your users via form submission solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. More specifically, we collect the email address in the form, so that we can send response receipts when the respondent submits the form. We use your gmail account to send such response receipts. If you add collaborators to be notified when there is a submission, we are also send email notifications to them. We do not share this data with advertisers or external services for monetization.
